Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Pingline Pop Interactive handles information in Pingline Pop. The app is built as an offline, local-first strategy-puzzle for iPhone.

1. What the app stores

Pingline Pop stores game information on your device so the game can work across launches. This includes level progress, mastered sets, active cue programs, selected tools, saved tool decks, attempt histories, replay notes, clinic progress, local remixes, focused cue preferences, and presentation settings such as haptics, reduced motion, and high contrast.

This information remains in the app's local storage. Pingline Pop Interactive does not receive it from the app.

2. What the app does not collect

No account profile or sign-in information.
No advertising identifiers, cross-app activity, or tracking data.
No analytics events, crash reporting feed, or remote telemetry.
No precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health information.
No payment credentials, because the current build has no purchases.

3. Sharing and selling

Pingline Pop Interactive does not sell, rent, or share gameplay information because the app does not transmit gameplay information to a server or third party.

4. The support page

The accompanying support page is a browser-based intake interface. It does not access your device identifiers or import your in-app save data. Details you voluntarily enter are stored only in that browser's local storage to create a ticket reference; the static page does not transmit those details. The page does not create an account or connect your game progress to a personal profile.

5. Your choices

You can clear the active cue checkpoint from Settings inside the app. To remove the full local game record, remove Pingline Pop from your device using the device's app management controls. Removing the app removes its local data in the normal way provided by the operating system.

Pingline Pop does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track users.

6. Changes to this notice

If the app's data practices change, this notice will be revised before those changes take effect. The effective date above shows the current version.
